New at SU! Woven Heart Baskets

Our worldwide New at SU! design team is back to inspire you with new stamping ideas for 2026 and we’re starting off with the theme of “Handcrafted Hearts” 💕 I’ve been wanting to make these adorable “danish woven heart baskets” with the Everyday Arches dies, so this is the moment:

My mom taught me to make these when I was a young girl, and truthfully, I never really got the hang of them until NOW. To help YOU, I’ve created a short How-To video:

The woven pattern is so lovely with the two-tone card stock that I didn’t want anything covering it, so opted for a small heart punched from the new Pastels Shimmer paper and a mini-banner with the message that matches.

You’ll have all the heart eyes 😍 when you see more works of heart made by the other folks, and remember to PIN or SAVE your favorites:

New at SU! Sketch with Hobby Haven

Did you know that NEW PRODUCTS are added to the Stampin’ Up!® Store EVERY MONTH? No more waiting for a catalog launch…there is ALWAYS something NEW at SU!!

Speaking of that, I’m proud to be a part of a creative team of demonstrators from around the globe who share stamping ideas with you every month, focusing on the latest and greatest products from our wonderful company. For December, we’re all following the same CARD SKETCH, and will demonstrate how it can be used with many different Stampin’ Up! products:

This is one of the sketches included in the
2026 January-April Mini Catalog!

My birthday card combines the delightful Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper with the Banner Sayings Bundle (stamps + punch), both of which arrived last month. Apparently some of you knew to look for new items, for the Banner Sayings bundle is backordered until late January, but the good news is you can request an EMAIL NOTIFICATION to be sent to you when any item is back in stock: Just click on it to add to your cart, and enter your address in the pop-up box which alerts you that it’s out of stock.

The Hobby Haven pack of Designer Series Paper includes 2 sheets of pre-cut images, so that made it easy to group all these kitchen/baking items together, along with the kitchen-themed patterned paper. In addition to BAKING, there are patterns and die cut images for SEWING, READING, SELF-CARE, GREEN-THUMBS/PLANTS… all the cozy hobbies!

This card already has a home to go to: It’s for my sister’s birthday in May! She’s an avid & generous baker, and my husband often says if there is such a thing as reincarnation, he wants to come back as her child, just to enjoy her baking 🧁

Drop me a message (comments at the top of post, under date) before moving along to see how Rachael interprets this card sketch!

Spa Day Thanks a Million Card

This week’s Global Design Project #522 (a sketch) and TGIF Challenge #550 (colors) both inspired this bright, cheerful card—perfect for sending gratitude for a little pampering!

I started with the Lasting Linen background stamp, which adds such a beautiful, subtle texture to the card base. That coral tone-on-tone pattern instantly gives it a warm, woven feel. Then I reached for the Branching Out dies to create the layered frame. I love how the stitched edges give a crisp, polished look while still feeling handcrafted.

The fun part was building the little “spa scene” in the center using the Notes & Totes bundle—those bottles and tubes are just too cute! I couldn’t resist adding a touch of copper and a tropical hibiscus for a splash of personality. The sentiment, “Thanks a million,” comes from the NEW Banner Sayings bundle, which includes a punch with 3 different banners, and sayings to match any occasion.

Together, these elements make a card that feels fresh and happy—just right for anyone you want to thank in style. It’s always so satisfying when different Stampin’ Up! sets play together this well!
