12 Days of Crafting & Free Shipping – 3 Days Only

Remember the anticipation of getting to open one door each day on the calendar counting down to Christmas? You can re-live that giddy feeling with the new 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar!

Behind each door are brand-new, never-before-seen dies, paper, embellishments, and other exclusive items you won’t find in any of the Stampin’ Up! catalogs or in our online store which all coordinate with the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar photopolymer STAMP SET (a double set, INCLUDED with the calendar!), worth well over $125.

This set (and the supplies in the calendar) are NOT Christmas or Holiday-specific, but can be used year-round for crafting happiness.

While I don’t want to spoil the surprises inside, I am going to share more ideas using just the stamp set (along with card stock and ink) from October 22-26th on my Creative Juice by Loni Facebook Page, beginning with this Summer Splash “Thinking of You” card.

Serendipitously, there will be THREE DAYS of FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 from October 22-24, 2025, so this is the time to save 11% AND check off a Christmas gift for a paper crafter!

Now, if you are a crafter yourself, the BEST deal is the October-Only Starter Kit offer, and you could choose to add the 12 Days of Crafting to your Starter Kit for just $35 (and still choose a few more products!):

If you order the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar from my store (while supplies last) OR join my team, you’ll receive 12 project tutorials using the supplies from the calendar before the end of 2025!

Top Flip Fun Fold Pumpkin Card Open

A Top-Flip Fun Fold Card

Simplifying an idea today with this flip-top fun-fold card! I wanted to use the “Warms My Heart” stamp set, which doesn’t have coordinating dies, so opted to use a panel I could stamp on as the focal point. The Everyday Details dies has these darling dots around the edge of the rectangles, and don’t need much dressing up. Plus, the beautiful pumpkin patch on the bottom of the patterned paper needs to be seen:

The top flap (with girl carrying pumpkins) flips up and there is a second message that matches the theme on the top of the card:

Finally, you open the card all the way and you can make a pocket with the other large piece of Designer Series Paper to slip a gift card in!

Here are the paper supplies you’ll need (with the ones I used for the card above in parentheses):

  • Card base: 8.5″ x 5.5″ scored at 4.25″ (Cajun Craze)
  • Flap for over top: 5.25″ x 2.75″, scored at 4.25″ (Cajun Craze)- watch video for paper-saving TIP!
  • Layer for inside card: 5.25″ x 4″ (Basic Beige)
  • Two rectangle “frames”: Largest die from Everyday Details (Basic Beige)
  • One rectangle matt: 2.5″ x 4″ (Pumpkin Pie)
  • Designer Series Paper: 5.25″ x 4″ and 5.25″ x 2″ (Splendid Autumn)

For the Pumpkin Spice drink layer, I used the More Than Autumn bundle (you’ll see more of that bundle on Wednesday!)

After this How-To video, you’ll find the Christmas version of this simple fun-fold card!

Here’s the same card pattern using the image of the woman with the holiday wreath:

While this version could also hold a gift card, I chose to make it a normal card and on the inside, and simply added a strip of the back side of the Designer Series Paper to the inside to make it fancy:

The Christmas Version features the Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper which is our “Craft & Give Back” product: For each package ordered, Stampin’ Up! donates $3 to Firstbook.org to support Children’s Literacy. (Outside the US? Check with your demonstrator to find out where the donation goes in your country)

Roller Skate Congrats Card (+ Free Shipping Day)

The Curved Occasions stamp set has been one of my favorite to design with, but it’s retiring SOON (AND it’s on sale!). I think it’s the playful images I enjoy using…while I can’t roller skate, I spent plenty of time in the roller rink growing up, so this congratulations card was plain FUN to create with all the memories of my pre-teen klutziness:

You can choose: If you want to color in the images, you could, or emboss and fussy cut them to place on the banners. Add a little eye-catching bling with the More Dazzle paper (a little goes a long way) and it makes you want to do a little happy dance!

If you order online, the free shipping is offered on orders over $75, or you may call/text/message me by 6 pm MT tomorrow to add your smaller order to mine…if you are willing to pick up your order from me in Hurricane, UT.

Pumpkins, Punches & Masks for Autumn

After succumbing to temptation and adding the Pick of the Patch bundle to my crafting collection, I dreamed of combining it with the Abundant Beauty Masks (will hopefully be back in stock the week of Oct. 16!)

Pumpkin patches and sunflowers are the objects to take pictures with right now, and here are a couple of the cutest pumpkins in the sunflower patch (at least their grandmother thinks so):

Those adorable faces were the inspiration for today’s Lunchtime Live Crafting, and there are a few tips you’ll want to remember for aligning your stamps to make it easy to punch and how to use the masks, so here’s the replay:

4 Backgrounds from 6×6 Paper: Corner Angle Layer Card

BREAKING NEWS: FREE SHIPPING day just announced! Set an alarm for Wednesday, June 21st and earn free shipping on your orders over $75 that day only!

Paper crafters pride themselves on using scraps, so when we find a way to NOT WASTE A PIECE of pretty paper, we must give it a try!

I appreciated this idea from fellow demonstrator Rachel Tessman, and with the Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper ON SALE through June, knew it was time to share it with you! It’s a fabulous way to get 4 angled corner backgrounds from one 6″ x 6″ piece of Designer Series Paper, and you’ll love how simple it is.

Lay a ruler down and mark 1-1/2″ on each bottom right corner as you rotate the paper 90-degrees four times. Mark it on the BACK SIDE of the paper you want to use, then you don’t have to worry about erasing lines! Then connect the marks across from each other like this:

Use your Paper Trimmer to cut along each of your lines and you’ll have 4 angled pieces to put in the corners of your card fronts:

My card base is Thick Basic White Card stock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored in half at 4-1/4″

Pretty Peacock card stock: 5-1/8″ x 3-7/8″

Basic White card stock: 5″ x 3-3/4″

I used the So Refreshing Bundle to complete my cards, and here’s a video to watch & learn how to:

Filled my pitcher with “water” and stuck in the flowers:

Let me know if you try it, or share your version in my Creative Corner Facebook Group for my V.I.C.’s (Very Important Crafters). Now turn up the alarm to remind you to order on Free Shipping Day and add these supplies to your cart:

Rainbows & Rubber Stamps

Today may be all about the wearing-of-the-green, but I prefer an expanded color palette: Like a RAINBOW!

That was my inspiration for my Lunchtime Live Crafting projects on my Facebook page on Monday, then we got LUCKY and found the pot of gold at the end of that rainbow with a FREE SHIPPING promotion today (March 17, 2021) ONLY! Don’t let it rain on your parade…gobble this up until midnight:

Now it’s time for a closer looks at some of my rainbow-inspired projects:

This one would certainly attract the leprechauns with it’s rainbow glimmer paper and sparkly sequins! And it’s so easy to make: Just cut 1/2″ strips of the glimmer paper and adhere to a piece of card stock.

My tip for this one is to lay the middle strip down FIRST so you don’t get the rainbow off-center, like I did. You could also make the rainbow fall diagonally across the card for a different look. I appreciated the timely message that after the clouds and rain comes the magnificent reminder that God was always there.

Wondering how to make the clouds? Here’s the condensed version for all the rainbow crafts I shared:

How about matching your stamping with your color blocking? The bright colors will help make this a happy birthday, because colors are magic like that.

Remember to place your order TODAY for free shipping! If you are ordering less than $150, you can also use my March Host Code 3UWP32JU and you may get lucky and win my monthly host code prize 😉

Creating in the cracks…

Right now things are pretty exciting as we prepare for wedding number 2 at our house! My oldest daughter will be married in May and as she is miles away, we are doing a lot of phone calling. I’m SO grateful for cell phones: How many of you remember when you had to pay for long distance calls? Growning up, even calling the city 15 miles away was long distance! Thanks goodness those days are past.

I’ve been doing a little creating in the “cracks” of life: Those moments when I can grab a few previously unscheduled minutes for getting crafty as well as some big projects we had to tackle for the wedding…

Here’s what I’ve been up to:

My mom and BFF Kelli (and my sister and daughter-in-law, not picutred) helped me make 500 wedding invitations! Couldn’t have done it alone: Thanks ladies!

Kelli’s birthday was in November, but I just got around to giving her a gift, so it had to have a cute bag to go in (above left).

Back in August I volunteered to help with Teacher Appreciation week, so with the help of my husband and youngest daughter, we cranked out 100 thank you cards with a little treat inside at the beginning of April.

If you follow Creative Juice by Loni on Facebook or Instagram, you have seen a few of these (and other projects). As much as I love my blog, it’s easier to post to the other two, so while I will continue to post here, you’ll probably see me sharing more on the other two social media outlets 🙂

Meanwhile, don’t forget that FREE SHIPPING ends Friday:
