So Hoppy Together- What’s New at SU! Blog Hop

whats new at su headerHop on in! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are hoppin’ with exciting ideas to share with you. I am SO HOPPY you’re here on our blog tour that I chose the SO HOPPY TOGETHER Sale-a-Bration stamp set to showcase! 149725G

This stamp set is one of the items you can choose FREE with a $50 (US) purchase during Sale-a-Bration (January 3-March 31, 2019), so I selected a few items that you could order together that would allow you to get this stamp set free (see supply list at the bottom of page) AND make all these fun narrow notecards:

These cards are perfectly sized to put in a lunch box, add to a gift bag, carry a gift card or tuck in a pocket for a delightful surprise.

Super simple to make, you simply cut the 6″ x 6″  2018-2020 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP) to into 4.5″ x 2″ strips for the front of your card, then use the 2-1/4″ circle punch to make the circles to stamp on. The kids would have a BLAST coloring these whimsical frogs with the coordinating Stampin’ Write Markers! Attach the circles to the front of your card with dimensionals and you are finished.

Since the Narrow Notecards come in a pack of 20 and include envelopes, you may as well use the extra DSP to decorate the flaps of your envelopes: watermarked3(2019-01-05-1600)

Optional: You could use a sheet of your DSP and the Envelope Punch Board to create a box and give them as a gift! To make this box, use a 6″ x 6″ paper.  Punch and score on the Envelope Punch Board at 2-5/8″ AND at 3-1/8″, then rotate 90 degrees and line up the score guide with both of the first scored lines and punch and score again. Rotate and repeat on all sides, then round the corners on the reverse punch (top of the punch board). When folding to create your box, don’t fold down the top: Leave it open as shown!watermarked2(2019-01-05-1600)

It’s fun to shop when you get a free bonus! Leave a comment with the FIRST item on your Sale-A-Bration wish list and then HOP on over to Pia’s blog to be inspired with more S-A-B stamping (or back to Diane’s page if you read books from the back to the front!).
