Simple Sunflower Celebration Card

Send a little sunshine with a sunflower card!

The new Celebrate Sunflower stamp set is sensational to stamp with!

One detail I love is the subtle embossing folder: I adhered the vanilla card stock to the cinnamon cider layer before running it through this often overlooked tool…and it gives it a texture like a painter’s canvas:

While I only used the stamps for this project, there are coordinating dies and when you bundle the stamps & dies together, you save 10%.

I used this card as an invitation for my annual hostess appreciation brunch and it was an easy one to make in multiples. If you would like an invitation to next year’s hostess appreciation event, June is a fine time to hold a virtual (or in-person) Stampin’ Up! party because when your total reaches $250, you earn an additional $25 in Stampin’ Rewards to spend!

With the kickoff of the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog yesterday, it’s pumpkin-spice and everything nice for papercrafting dreamers!

When it comes to stamps, there are styles for every personal preference from elegant to whimsical in the holiday catty, but today I wanted to share a few hidden gems you will want not want to miss!

These mini pizza boxes (item #144645) are perfect for tiny treats, cookies and 3×3 cards (3×3 envelopes are also available~ item #145829). These are sure to be extremely popular, so order early!

Customers often ask if we sell Stampin’ Write Markers individually~ and while we don’t usually, I always snag them when they are offered in a two-pack like the Old Olive and Real Red Markers for just $7 a pair (item #145059).

You may miss these acetate card boxes on first glance because they are clear~ but they are AMAZING for cards with dimension or a set of cards as a gift or just to use as pretty packaging and with 10 in a package for $6.50, you’ll find plenty of reasons to fill them up! (item 144628).

Wanted an opportunity to create a card with the new Pun Intended Hostess set from the 2016-17 Catalog, so the TGIF Challenge seemed like a perfect chance to get my fingers inky!

It’s a delightfully whimsical stamp set and these lightbulbs just made me smile as I was creating! The only way to get your hands on it is to host a party and did you know I also do virtual parties on Facebook? You don’t have to clean your house or make a treat…just sit in your comfy clothes and party with friends for 30 minutes! It’s as easy as it sounds so email me today to set a time!

Stamp club members look forward to a night with adult conversation over crafts and often linger longer while family gets to bed or significant other is watching sports 🙂 Some clubs meet in the daytime while the kids are at school, so their family is none-the-wiser!

There is ALWAYS food, laughter, friendship and STAMPING.

If you need an excuse to exercise those flabby creative muscles, a stamp club will help you tone them up! Download a club form to answer questions you may have and get it to me ASAP to join as most clubs begin in JULY.

If you are in Utah, but not in Utah County, I can find a demonstrator close to you OR help you start a Stampin’ Up! business of your own!
