Today, card makers all over the world are observing World Card Making Day by making – and mailing – handmade greeting cards! YOU are welcome to create along with Stampin’ Up! from 2-5 pm MT virtually HERE!

World CardMaking Day: An Open Door

Did you know that October 1st is WORLD CARDMAKING DAY?

This year, Stampin’ Up! is hosting a virtual craft-along event…and it’s FREE!

World Card Making Day is all about making beautiful, heartfelt cards. During the event, we’ll walk you through several projects, and you’ll create the cards right along with us. You’ll end up with new project ideas and some stunning new cards!

When: 1 October from 2:00–5:00 p.m. (MT)

*You don’t have to register for this event but registering will keep you informed of all the fun crafting in store!

Supplies You Need: To make the most of this experience, you can order the Cottage Rose Bundle from the 2022–2023 Annual Catalog, the Cottage Wreaths Bundle from the July–December 2022 Mini Catalog, or the Warm Welcome Bundle, which you can get early from the January–June 2023 Mini Catalog!

When you order one of these three bundles (Cottage Rose Bundle, Cottage Wreaths Bundle or Warm Welcome) you’ll get a FREE gift of Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels! (Note that even if you order all three bundles, you’ll only receive one Iridescent Pearls gift.)

A Sensational September of Stamping!

Today on my Facebook Page, I demonstrated how to create a “Box in a Card”:

You’ll be seeing these adorable cards (with a box inserted) popping up all over the place! I used the Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper and Birthday Delivery stamp set to embellish the card, but my favorite detail is the Mini Bow on the top of the box.

I’ve been wanting to find a reason to use these bows, so I’m tickled to find that they are perfect for this box-in-a-card.
