Weddings and anniversaries are special occasions and a perfect reason to break out your rubber stamps and paper!
The TGIF Challenge reminded me of a technique I haven’t used for a while:
It’s a simple way to get multiple colors on your stamps: Use the brush end of your Stampin’ Write markers (FYI: this doesn’t work with Stampin’ Blends markers) to color directly onto your stamps~
If you think it’s been too long and your ink may have dried up as you were adding more colors, simply “huff” on it like the big bad wolf just before stamping it onto your paper! The warm air from your breath will re-activate the ink:
I used the Powder Pink for the flowers (with a touch of Flirty Flamingo in the centers) and Old Olive for the leaves. You can find the Old Olive marker in the Brights marker collection 🙂

Beautiful card! This is such a perfect stamp set to use the marker to stamp technique. Love how you even colored the centers of the roses a slightly darker color. Just lovely!

Thanks Tami: Sometimes we just need to be reminded about all the ways to use our stamps, right?!
